    • UNESCO Inclusive Policy Lab, UNESCO Inclusive Policy Lab works on knowledge crowdsourcing and its translation into inequality-reducing policies. We operate through an online platform and a network of in-country projects. Our online platform surpasses 4700 members, 2000 experts and 150 online collaborative spaces. It is a leading platform of its kind, combining decentralised generation of data and consolidation of key trends. We run 20 in-country operations. These are impact-oriented projects that expand the boundaries of knowledge and its impact on inclusive policies., since 2023

    The research done by Valerie Gaitan and Jesus Renzullo makes an analysis of the state of Venezuelan ports and shows that Venezuela has (1) scarce maritime maneuvering services, (2) ill-maintained loading, mobilization and storage equipment, and (3) bulk inspections generating delays in operations.

    Wie kann das Verhältnis von Menschen und Natur neu gedacht und gelebt werden? In Lateinamerika finden sich viele Formen des Widerstandes, alternativer Ansätze und Analysen, welche unter Stichworten wie „Extraktivismus” oder „Rechte der Natur” laufen. Zentral ist dabei auch die Kritik am scheinbaren Universalismus und dem Weißsein des Anthropos. Die Tagung nimmt konkrete Auswirkungen, Praktiken und Formen des Widerstandes, aber auch Fragen von Geopolitik, epistemologischer Gewalt, Kolonialismus und Kapitalismus in den Blick, um Wege aus den derzeitigen Krisen zu finden.
