Each bubble represents a project in the country selected below. The size of each bubble corresponds to the flow's amount in USD. Projects depicted by a star have no data on monetary amount, rather these are usually donations, technical assistance, actions related to debt, or other non-monetary aid.
To read about the projects' characteristics and descriptions, hover over or click on a bubble or star. The highlighting is done automatically using WinkNLP, a Natural Language Processing (NLP) library for the web.
To make the interaction easier, subset by Flow Class. For a definition of flow classes please see the previous visualization.

The importance of any given sentence is calculated using two hypotheses:
Part-of-speech blocks repeated frequently are more likely to bear more content
Part-of-speech blocks with more open-class words (ex: run, Berlin, constitution, quickly, blue) are more content rich than closed-class words (ex: he, in, they, can)
